GFVGA Business Expense Analysis & Recovery Program

 

At no up front cost to the GFVGA member, the Expense Analysis and Recovery Program provides a comprehensive review and audit of various business services such as utilities, telecom, workers compensation insurance and other operating expenses. This is similar to the review and audit service that Fortune 500 Corporations have done by one of the big 4 national CPA firms but this service is at no cost to the GFVGA member.

The service is provided by Wendell Ebbett of Ebbett Business Solutions.  While the most common areas of expense recovery for GFVGA members is in the areas of utility, telecom and worker’s Compensation, Ebbett Business Solutions can provide services in other areas including lease auditing, cost segregation, property tax analysis and recovery, merchant account services, green technology and shipping auditing. Ebbett Business Solutions represents American Expense Analytics, LLC; AE Analytic’s auditors average over 20 years experience and have now recovered over $2 Billion Dollars for over 20,000 clients.

Ebbett Business Solutions services are provided on a “performance basis” to the GFVGA member. If the audits does not find and recover moneys for GFVGA members, the services and analyses are free.  However, the national average for recovery by American Expense Analytics ranges from 5% to 10% on utility audits and 10% to 15% on telecom audits.  Recoveries and/or future savings are shared between AE Analytics and the GFVGA member.  Ebbett Business Solutions is paid a commission by AE Analytics on the recovery and future savings if applicable.

GFVGA’s Expense Analysis & Recovery Program Services Includes:

  • Workers Compensation (Must have annual premiums totaling over $75,000)
  • Utility  (must have at least $75,000 in annual expenses with one company)
  • Telecom  (must have at least $24,000 in annual expenses with one company)
  • Lease
  • Cost Segregation
  • IC-DISC Services
  • Property Tax
  • Income Tax
  • Shipping Tax (FedEx)
